When mental health is in a good state, it helps us handle stress, control our emotions, and experience a wide range of feelings in a healthy and balanced way. However, when mental health is poor, it can lead to challenges in regulating emotions, such as frequent mood swings, overwhelming anxiety, or long-lasting sadness. These emotional difficulties can negatively affect how we react to everyday situations and influence our behaviors and interactions with others.
